Went to the place with friends on our last night in Chicago. The place is conveniently located on Magnificent Mile, giving us a bit to do during the wait until they call you when your table is ready (nice touch!) The menu featured some really interesting pork dishes, and amongst all we picked the deep-fired pig ear (excellent!) and roasted bone marrow (comes with some warm bread; was tasty but a bit on the oily side...not to my liking). I ordered the pork blade steak and it came surprisingly well with the honey sauce. The steak itself was cooked very well - juicy and not overcooked Would love to try the pork shoulder that my friend ordered (he said it was tender and full of flavour) The place has a comprehensive wine list which our friendly waiter was more than happy to provide suggestions on. Overall a very nice dining experience and would definitely pay a second visit next time I'm in town.
