Walked in for lunch after Art museum. Very busy place but good service from waiters. Fun rolls, noodle bowls. Had "Sushi Donuts" that are FABULOUS! Try it.

Famished after a long day in the area, so we stopped to check this place out. It satisfied everyone! We ordered the spring rolls (different, b/c it looked like an unfried egg roll wrapper), egg rolls (mini versions I guess), a chicken teryacki bento box that came w/miso soup, 1 unago sushi, curry panang, and pud see ew I think. See pics. Prices were very decent.

Early dinner. Very attractive setting. The service was fast and polite. We wanted to take out time ordering because we were unfamiliar with this restaurant menu and a little new at sushi. The wait staff checked back several times but not over bearing. Their English was pretty good which at times could be difficult when asking questions.

We received a plate is Crab Rangoon's which we did not order. Thinking it was complimentary, we ate them. Thinking it was like a bread basket might be offered at other restaurants. It was, by the way, the best I've ever had in my life. Lots of creamy crab filling. I don't think these were the previously frozen kind. The meal came and the sushi was incredibly fresh. My friend got a noodle dish that had just the right amount of jalapeño which I hadn't seen in Asian cooking. It was flavorful and not just hot.

We shared a caraf if warm Saki which stayed warm. The caraf looks small but it seemed to hold a lot!

We told the wait staff that we hasn't ordered the Rangoon but to put it on our bill. They politely said, no, they were on the house. Oh, the chop sticks were not wooden. A lovely ceramic. Was going to buy some but decided the meal was a great enough memory.

We have stopped here for lunch or dinner on every trip we have taken to Chicago for the past 12 years. Always great food with great service. Right on Michigan Ave near the Art Institute and Millennial Park.
