Great Music. Great Food (a lot of food). Cold beer. Corey Dennison was playing that night. He is the best. Make a trip here just to see him as we try and catch a show of his every time we are in Chicago. Our waitress was awesome. Place was crowded for a Monday night. Lots of College age kids there. Get their early to get a seat or you'll be standing. It is an old place, kind of run down, but honestly that is what makes it special. SPent a little $$$ in the gift shop and had a blast chatting w/ the guy working in there. A gem in Chicago. A must visit, worth every penny.

Went here with friends and had a good time. There are two stages and the place for more crowded later into the evening. TVs on the wall show the opposite stage, so you'll know when another set is going on. We didn't eat there, but patrons could order food. It was a fun environment and I'd go back for the good music.

The place was suggested by some friends. They have two stages, with the two bands playing alternate one hour shows. This creates a very nice dynamic as people shuffles through the bar. We were there on a Monday night and the place was full (but of course not crowded). By the way, the bands were great.

We were planning to this bar anyway and were pleasantly surprised to find a Blues festival happening so that was great. Music was good and the staff were very friendly and courteous. It was open till 5.00am but we didn't stay that long. Well worth a visit if you are staying in Chicago overnight and are looking for a good place for a friendly night.

That is a really cool place. Two stages with bands one after the other. Real blues music and nice atmosphere. You can eat and drink with simplifies your evening. A lot of pictures all around the club showing the history of the place and the names of people who made it famous. The staff is nice, the prices are very affordable. We enjoyed it a great deal, so go there with no hesitation!
