“Very creative, modern Asian fair. Not just for sushi.”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

While the sushi is top quality and there area by unique options to choose from in that arena, there are many non sushi items that shouldn't be missed. Crispy Brussels sprout salad, garlic noodles with blur crab, wagyu beef with crispy rice are all outstanding. The service we received was well meaning but amateurish. Decent Wine list and creative cocktails round out the experience. Desserts leave something to be desired.

“Great spot! A definite must when in Chicago.”
Reviewed November 8, 2012 via mobile

Amazing place for dinner in Chicago.
Great atmosphere, food and drinks. Loud ... But very enjoyable. And pricing was less than expected for that type of restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised!

“Just all around awesome...Brussel Sprout Salad is a must!”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

Wow- the entire experience here was great! We stayed at the Palomar & the concierge recommended this place stating that he ate there for dinner last night. It was so great we returned the next day to enjoy it again!
I highly recommend the Brussel Sprout Salad & wish there was a restaurant in my hometown that served it- super yum!!!! I also really liked the vegetarian cucumber roll that I had. My fiance had awesome sushi & said it rated up there with the best he has ever had.
I love the atmosphere here, the service was great & we cannot wait to return here on our next visit to Chicago. Highly recommended!

“Superb Asian-fusion food”
Reviewed November 2, 2012

I just had a business dinner there and this is one nice restaurant. It serves Asian-fusion food and pretty much everything we had was superb. The service was attentive and the decor/ambiance is really nice. The price was also quite reasonable. The only thing that can annoy some is that the restaurant is open with high ceilings, making the place rather noisy. For a romantic evening out, maybe you should avoid the busy nights. For a group though, this is the perfect spot.

“Good service, amazing sushi!”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

We were told there would be an hour wait for a table but I think we maybe waited 20 minutes. The pear and sake drink (cannot remember the name) I had was AMAZING!!! The dumplings and sushi were excellent! The Rock Shrimp Tempura was my husband's favorite. The 7 spice fried chicken and longevity noodles were just okay in my opinion. We had a great time and would definitely eat here again!
