We had a great time and learned a lot. We could see each attraction for as long as we wanted. The day we were there it was not very busy and so that was good. The teenage kids enjoyed it as well as us adults

My husband and 7 year old son found plenty to do for half a day at this museum. It was part of the City Pass and definitely worth the cost. This was the first time my husband and son did a museum without me and they really bonded over the shared experience. They kept going on and on about the exhibits. This is a very interactive museum and it is huge and they have a really cool train set.

So many things to see and do -- and summer crowds! This is a museum that needs a bit of research before you go, there are so many things to explore. Some amazingly well done (weather! exploding things!)...others could use a refresh. Many of the exhibits cost extra, so choose wisely. And it's a $25 cab ride from downtown, so take the #10 bus for $2.50 a person.

We came here so that the 5 year old could see the giant train set. But kids or no kids this is a great museum. The space displays were awesome. The omnimax theater was incredible and the movie on space junk was very informative. The coal mine tour was spectacular. Every room was fun and educational. The boy loved that tractor and combine harvested in the farm room and I learned a lot about modern farming techniques (how lean the pork pigs are nowadays). We loved it.

We were there early and stayed until closing. We only go every 5-6 years, so the kids really enjoyed the exhibits. We did not have time to see everything, but what we did was very good. The crowd was not too bad, especially since we arrived at opening time. We paid for entry and one exhibit. There were additional ones you could pay for, but there was enough to see time-wise without them and we didn't have the extra money. Maybe on another trip we would see another exhibit. Overall - a very good day.
