Second time staying at the WIT in Chicago. Good location right next to an L station. Easy walk to south end of Michigan Avenue for shopping and dining... Pub in lobby is good. ROOF, the rooftop bar scene was very slow on a Friday evening which was totally different than from last time we were there two years prior. Poor inattentive service as well. Rooms are OK, plenty of room and nice views from higher floors. Fitness facility spartan. Will stay at different Hilton property next time (Palmer House, Conrad or Waldorf...)
