My beautiful wife had a nightmare of a day with her flights and missed her connecting flight. United gave her a voucher but never booked the room so I booked it from LA over the phone and Seana at the front desk helped sort everything out later and gave her amazing service and got her into her room safe and sound. Thank u!!!

Dear Ben K:

Thank you very much for sharing your kind words on Trip Advisor about the assistance extended to you and your wife by Seana of our front desk. With our location on airport grounds, we realize how frustrating flight cancellations can be on travelers, but we are encouraged to know that through Seana's efforts, your wife was welcomed and taken care of here. Be assured that your comments are being shared with her and our team.

We look forward to being of service to you in the future, hopefully under better circumstances!

Sincerely,

Anna Falco

This hotel is perfect if you can get a room at a reasonable rate. Sometimes the rooms are through the roof due to high demand when O'hare is having a bad day. This trip I was stuck because of a snow storm after an international flight. I was happy to have the room at a decent room rate. However, you can tell these rooms see a lot of people over time. They are not exactly dirty, but not exactly clean. If you need a place to lay your head I would book this hotel if it costs under two hundred dollars. Otherwise, there are nicer places to stay in the area with a quick shuttle service.

We used the hotel for an early morning flight the next day. It worked well, as we used the valet parking and they park the car for you until you return if you buy that package. The rooms were comfortable enough although smaller. More busy (and noisy) than we would typically like but can't beat the location for an early flight situation. It certainly beat the alternative of getting up in the middle of the night to drive to the airport or staying somewhere less close.

Room Tip: We tend to like higher floors but in this case doesn't impact much due to airport noise.

Stayed here for a 2 day meeting. Windowless conference rooms, public bathrooms that weren't cleaned the entire time I was there and $22.50 a day to use the fitness center. Unless a snowstorm closes O'Hare, this is no destination hotel.

Dear Dwinigrad:

We are very sorry to learn about your disappointment with our hotel from your review on Trip Advisor. Please accept our sincere apologies for the poor impression you received. We do have some meeting rooms on east mezzanine and lower level that do not have windows, however, our entire second floor is comprised entirely of meeting rooms and each room has windows.

We also take cleanliness very seriously and have a regular schedule in place for the cleaning of the public restrooms. I will write to you directly to obtain the dates of your meeting and location of the public restrooms you are referring to, as this would help us to better research this internally.

We appreciate your comments which are shared with our management team. We hope you will not let this experience deter you from returning as we would welcome another opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Sincerely,

Anna Falco

Staying at the Hilton Airport at O'Hare was a pleasure. I was able to avoid yet another cab ride the day of my flight. I simply took the elevator to the connecting walkway and was in the airport. I enjoyed the view of the airport without the noise. The fitness center was fabulous. It was large and had all the equipment one could ask for. The room was comfortable-even had a recliner. There were several places to eat and drink. If you want to stay in, it's easy. I had a friend pick me up for dinner. It is a bit confusing to find exactly where you pull in to the hotel. Just follow the signs and keep an eye out for that left turn into the lobby area.
