“First Class Stay”

Staying at the Four Seasons made our first trip to Chicago so memorable. To our surprise, we were upgraded to an apartment suite with a walk-out terrace facing the lake on the 30th floor. Everything was perfect - the decor, ambiance, service, amenities. We loved the spacious 7th floor lobby. Breakfast at Allium was excellent. The pool and fitness facilities are very impressive. The location on the Magnificent Mile is ideal. A fabulous hotel experience.

My firm has hosted a client event in the Delaware Room at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago for the last 10 years. Our dinners have always gone flawlessly smooth and organized thanks to the professional staff that we work with at the Four Seasons. The event space is beautiful and meticulous. Always set to perfection and the staff is always prepared for any last minute changes at the blink of an eye and always with a smile. The food was outstanding and the 4 Seasons wine cellar is very impressive. We are return customers for as long as we have been because of all of these reasons. In fact, our clients love this dinner event so much that our attendence has almost doubled and we are moving to a more spacious room in the hotel. The 4 Seasons (particularly Stephanie Landa) continue to exceed our expectations every year and we are happy to highly recommend this hotel for lodging, events, and dining.

We spent a weekend on the 32nd floor in a serene suite facing West. The comfort and silence were tremendous for paying back sleep debt. At check-in we were asked if we were celebrating anything; finding a bottle of champagne waiting for us later that evening after divulging that it was our 10th anniversary was a memorable special touch. My wife reported that her massage in the spa was one of the best in her lifetime. We will have to find another reason to treat ourselves to another wonderful stay.

Great hotel with beautiful reception area located on the 7th floor with rooms above that level. Views of the lake and Chicago cityscape. Rooms are fresh and excellent.
Location is just off North Michigan and has great proximity to stores and restaurants.
Staff is friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Chicago for three nights for business. They upgraded us to a suite on the 2nd floor from the top. We had a great view of the lake. Our room was very quiet. Our bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. The service was excellent. We happened to be there on our 12th anniversary so we got a couple massage at the spa which was very nice. The sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool area was very nice. We worked out in the gym and it was clean, nice equipment and not crowded. The food and beverages at the restaurant were great. We attended an event there, Cochon 555 and that event and the accommodations were very nice. Overall an excellent experience! We will definitely return.

We stayed here for one night for the wedding of a family member. It was everything you could ask, with prices to match.

The room was very comfortable. We had a city view and at first I was disappointed as I thought a lake view would be better, but the city view was great. The bathroom was very well-appointed.

I used the fitness center and loved it. It is well-equipped.

We ate lunch at Allium upon checking in and my hot dog was pretty special, even though $20.00 for a hot dog was a little pricey. But it was made in house and excellent. And while it is not on the menu, I had it "dirty" which includes bison chili on top. I highly recommend it. My wife's salad was nothing special and even more expensive.

You pay to park, either valet ($52.00) or self ($40.00) but that is now standard for Chicago hotels.

The lobby is nice, but a little difficult to your way around.

And while this hotel was excellent, I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Baltimore and thought that one was even better, maybe because it newer.

Room Tip: Get the hot dog "dirty-style."

We took my daughter for her birthday to Chicago to go to the American Girl Store. This hotel is amazing, so beautiful. We informed them it was her 6th birthday before arrival and they did everything they could to make it special for her. When we checked in they had a special treasure chest that she could pick a toy from. That evening, they left her a piece of cake with "happy birthday" written in chocolate on the plate, and milk and a cow shaped cookie, with a special mixer to make chocolate milk! It was adorable and she loved it! They also brought her a hat and t-shirt and a glass full of gummy bears! The hotel is located 1 block from American Girl so it was a very short walk. The pool (although cold) was amazing and you could warm up in the hottub. The service is impeccable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
