“A definite YES!”

Around the corner from a bunch of tourist attractions like the Art Museum & the Millennium Park, really an awesome location for a hotel!

Rooms are big enough & comfortable enough for any tired or not so tired traveller to get good sleep! For the more energetic individual there's a nice gym downstairs & also a pool available next door at the neighboring hotel for a fee of course.

Staff is friendly & room service prompt. Pancakes & coffee was delicious.

Definitely worth the stay & money.

Hotel was clean and very central to downtown. Staff were very attentive. What I didn't like was the airport shuttle was more expensive than a cab fare. I agree Bell staff were very friendly. We walked from the hotel to nearby sightseeing and restaurants. Stones throw from Millenium Park which we loved to walk through. Very pretty.

We stayed there for the conference. The Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is large size with plenty of towels. There was no lotion or any kind of cream though. I would expect this stuff to be in stock for this kind of the Hotel. You can't beat the location-right in Downtown. We were with the large group of coworkers. Maybe that's why elevator ride was an adventure. We had to wait for a long time to get in. And when we finally get in we had to ride in a really full elevator stopping on every floor. Definitely not enough capacity for this kind of events. Other than that we liked the Hotel. Sleep was comfortable and we would come back there if visit Chicago.

This is a nice business class hotel that is just fine. Concierge service is excellent in terms of helping with directions and dining suggestions as well. Nice restaurant in the hotel. My only reason for not giving it five stars is I felt it lacked a certain wow factor given it is pricey even by downtown Chicago standards.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. It was great because this was the only hotel we could find online for a reasonable rate on a saturday stay. Many other hotels (the one we stayed in tues-sat) require a full weekend or charge quite a bit difference for the saturday stay. The rat was great. Be sure to join the Fairmont president's club online before you arrive -this grants you free internet! Our room was great - high floor with a view of the lake. overall we wer impressed with the size of the room and quality - no complaints. It is close to millenium park which was great for a nice walk. The only drawback is that it is not in the heart of the city so you'll walk a few blocks before seeing any 'action'.

Room Tip: ask for high level with view of lake - very nice. sign up for president's club before you arriv...

Second time staying at the Fairmont Chicago- great hotel with a great location. Easy to get to the Chicago theater district and shopping at Macy's Marshall Fields. Hotel service is great - very friendly and very helpful. This is my new must when I visit Chicago. The Fairmont Gold suites are the best buy in town. Great rooms, great views.

The staff dedication to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay during the conference I attended was the topper to the elegant room and conference center.

Two words totally describe my stay--TOTAL CLASS!

Room Tip: My room was 2321. It has a great view, as will any of those centered on Millenium Park, facing Lake...
