Actually it's just a big chomed blob. It mirrors the surrounding with you included, but because of the curves slightly deformed. You can take nice photo's of it.

Cloud Gate - also known as The Bean - is a large shiny structure in Millennium Park that reflects the City, giving an artistic quality to the view. This Chicago Icon is free to visit, and it’s worth returning in different seasons and at different times of day and night to see the City reflected in different lights. Like the rounded angles of The Bean, Chicago is a multifaceted City. This sculpture shows many of its dimensions - from surroundings near and far to the faces of those who visit.

It was an iconic place to visit in Chicago. but it was overcrowded. We only stayed about 20-30 minutes at the most. The concert amphitheater looked really neat.

So much fun to see it in real life! It was everything I imagined from pictures and other family members. A must see!!

Unusual fun thing to do.Visited this many years ago &now treated my Grandson to a visit. The adjacent waterpark with murals intermittently squirting water also a treat.
