Location is superb for shopping, food, theatre, Art Institute, and other sights. Staff from the bell-hop to front desk to chambermaid are all excellent, friendly and courteous. All-suite rooms are tiny bit dated, but are clean and well-appointed, and bed comfortable. Noise was not a major issue, heard occassional talking in the corridor, like in every other hotel. Didn't eat at the 676 restaurant as there are many many places stones-throw away for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack. I've been staying here every yr for the last 4yrs, each time for about one week, and look forwards to next stay.
