We stayed for 6 nights in the Omni Chicago and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were exceptional and were willing to help at any time. We booked the special rate for B & B and the buffet breakfast was terrific. The food was super and service excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent as it right in the centre of town and we were able to walk to most of the sites. We also made use of the hotel's complementry town car service as well.
My daughter enjoyed the pool, the only draw back I saw was that you have to walk through the gym to enter the pool area.
The suite rooms are lovely and the housekeeping service was good with a turndown service as well. The only thing that annoyed us- slightly- was the door between the bathroom and the bedroom rattled during the night and at times was hard to close because it went into its recess as it's a sliding door. But location, staff and little extras- cold drinks in the foyer- made the stay a very enjoyable one.

Just recently came back from a weekend in chicago and stayed at Omni, the hotel is in the perfect location and very close to everything from shopping, restaurants etc. our room was nice n a big and super clean. the only downfall to this hotel is having to get on an elevator from street level to the lobby and then another elevator to get to your rooms...will definately stay again if im in chicago, the staff was great at giving us suggestions on where to go for great food and a few clubs/bars

We stayed here with our 9 yr. old twins. My daughter loved the American girl doll package, and the room was able to accommodate all of us. My son enjoyed the sofa sleeper. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Our American Girl package is very popular, and we're glad your daughter enjoyed the amenities. We look forward to your return.

A gorgeous and quiet hotel on the corner of Huron and Michigan Avenue, right smack in the middle of the Magnificent Mile! Customer service was exceptional in every way. I loved the AM knock on the door with my complimentary coffee and newspaper waiting there for me. The concierge was so helpful in guiding us as to how to get to any destinations that were not within walking distance (such as Wrigley Field to see my first Cubs game!) The suite was well appointed and spacious, the bed was wonderful, and at less than $200 per night I couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chicago!

Room Tip: I asked for a room with a view of Michigan Avenue and was given a corner suite.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Omni Chicago on Michigan Ave. My first lesson with Chicago was the traffic nightmare on Michigan Ave getting to hotel, so be sure to plan accordingly. As the hotel, it is a very nicely decorated hotel and the staff is awesome. It does have a peculiar entrance in that you enter 1 elevator to go up to main lobby and then you have to take another elevator to get to the rooms. And having only 2 elevators and getting one at check out time can be left to the elevator gods.
The rooms are nice, clean and nicely decorated.
The location is great due to plentiful shopping everywhere around you. There are great restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.
I will be going back to Chicago and I will hopefully get to stay here again. You won't go wrong by staying at the Omni Chicago!
