I came with my significant other r and we had a lot of Fun. We thought the lines would be too long but was surprised. Well worth it.

Can't compare to the Willis/Sears tower but we were impressed with the views from 360 Chicago.

We bought our ticket on line expecting queues but they're weren't any both times we visited on a busy August weekend. Glad we got the sun and stars duo ticket as definitely worth visiting both during the day and evening as the city is beautifully lit at night and was only about $4 extra to go up twice. You can spend as long up there as you wish and there is a bar and coffee shop as well as a gift store.

However, we found out whilst there that you can go up to the bar just a few floors lower than the observation deck for free as long as you buy a drink. I expect the price of a drink is almost as much as buying a ticket but more enjoyable!

We visited on Saturday at about 4pm. The wait was an hour or less. The line moved easily. I was able to keep my son’s stroller and take it up in the elevator. He slept while we enjoyed the views. There is a bar and ice cream counter once you arrive. The tilt was $8 extra bucks. I wanted to see what it entailed before I got the experience. It was a bit too much for me. I bought tickets direct but the folks with City pass skipped a part of the line up until the elevator line.
Maybe something to consider for the next trip.
It was not crowded upstairs at all.
Enjoyable time.

Worth the money, Tilt ride was good too!
Small bar that you can have a cocktail at the top!! On a clear day you can see all of the city.

It’s not the highest building at 94 stories as the Willis Tower is but if you don’t want to be rushed and casually shop for souvenirs or buy refreshments this tour is for you. The wait to get on the elevator took me about 45 minutes which was not too bad as the line is always moving. It’s a 45 second ride to the top so if you are claustrophobic on a elevator you may want to skip
