“So much to see!”
Reviewed January 25, 2012

My boyfriend and I spent 6 hours in the field museum this past weekend! There is so much to see and do, so many exhibits and so much to learn. Great museum for all ages. Gigantic dinosaurs, history, science - great place!

“Interesting museum”
Reviewed January 25, 2012

Although not as big as many museums in the country, it's definitely an interesting place to checkout various events organized by the museum like the underground bugs, africa and egyptian mummies. Worth it!

“A first-class museum”
Reviewed January 25, 2012

As a lifetime member of the museum, I highly recommend it. See the elephants and dinosaur in the lobby. See the whale skeleton, the Hall of Gems, the Egyptian exhibit, the exhibit on Micronesia and much, much more. Allow at least half a day for this wonderful museum and enjoy the beautiful building.

“not the best museum with young kids”
Reviewed January 21, 2012

We have a 9 and 5 year who we took to the Field Museum...yawn! There is a lot of ancient history displays that they were not interested in, nor were we. The Sue display is very neat...If you have the citypass you get the Field Museum for free. The Sue exhibit is worth it just to see how massive it is.
