“BBQ Mix Plate! The food...”

BBQ Mix Plate! The food is so greasy, but it just taste awesome! It's even better with very liberal amounts of Sriracha sauce. It's one of those things where the cheap quality of the meat (short ribs, sliced meat, and chicken are really fatty) somehow add to the whole experience.

Very homey comfort food. I missed out on the spam musubi, but had the pulled pork (so tender)& bbq chicken (it was ok) and washed it down with some POG (passion/guava juice imported from Hawaii). I can't wait to try the katsu and curry dishes.

I can't get enough of this place--good thing it's a mere 5 minute walk for me. Everything I've tried so far (chicken cutlet, bbq chicken, bbq beef, and grilled mahi-mahi) was delicious. Portions are incredibly generous for the prices and include rice and macaroni salad; an extra scoop of rice is the only difference between the plate and mini plate lunches.
