“Excellent Art Collection”
Reviewed March 8, 2013

The Art Institute of Chicago has an impressive collection of art. The miniature dollhouse replicas of architecture from different eras and the impressionist pieces are my two favorites.

“Some fantastic artwork & artefacts!”
Reviewed March 8, 2013

Broad selection of well known & not so well known paintings. Many artefacts from Italy, China, Korea, Japan. Well presented.

A bit expensive for a foreign tourist at $23 per person entry. However, if you live locally or visit Chicago frequently, annual membership is a much better deal.

“Great Museum”
Reviewed March 7, 2013

I'm not a huge museum fan...especially art museums. That being said, this was a great experience. It is very large and they don't try to pack 20 pieces into six square feet which allows traffic to be spread out. They have some very nice pieces. My girlfriend is into art and she really enjoyed it. Also, make sure you ask about Bank of America discount...staff was nice enough to let us know about it.

“Beautiful Museum”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

We were lucky enough to be in Chicago when the Picasso exhibit was there. We ate in the cafeteria which was very good also. We really enjoyed it.
