Good value for you dollar. Downside is how many times you are redirected through the gift shops. Staff is friendly.

“Amazing view!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 15, 2013

The view is spectacular! It's also pretty cool to stand on the glass ledge and take pictures! The only down sides were that it was pretty crowded and people just run into you (probably because they got so excited they lost their manners for a brief period of time), the cost is $18 a person which is pretty steep, and when we were leaving something flooded and we had to walk through an inch deep of toilet water which was pretty gross. But despite all of that I think it was a great experience and you can take a lot of neat pictures.

“So High”

We went here later in the day. It is really nice that they stay open after the other museums/attractions close. It was just breath taking

“Amazing Views & Scary!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 15, 2013

PROS:
Interesting short film on the history of Sears/Willis Tower
Beautiful Views
Tons of laughs watching others scared of heights trying to have courage
Fun Skydeck photo experience
Great Family & Friends Attraction

CONS:
Ridiculously long lines getting tickets & then again at Glass Skydeck
Can be considered Expensive ($18 per person)
Professional Skydeck photo is EXPENSIVE! ($30) but you won't get any other picture like it!

Overall a great experience!
