This is a must do in Chicago. If you have no fear of heights you can enjoy the views of the glass ledges that look straight down to the street below 108 stories up, as well as the many famous sights of Chicago. It also has a great view of the other tower in town, the John Hancock, which is worth a look too. We definately recommend the skydeck and the information it has to offer about this amazing building and the city surrounding it. We also enjoyed the gift shop that was at the end of the tour(naturally).

The Sears/Willis tower was pretty amazing. $18 to go up 106 floors to see the views and to be able to look through a glass floor. If you don't want to pay and still see Chicago's views then you can go to the john Hancock building and visit the signature lounge or room for dinner and drinks.

If you've ever been to the top of a similar building, it's pretty much the same, with the only difference being the glass standouts. High views of a big city, but at $18/head, it's not worth it. I've read about long lines, which I didn't encounter. My visit was at night and was up and down in under a half hour.

Needless to say, the view is going to be amazing. The big issue is waiting in the lines. Don't purchase your ticket from any online vendor because you will still have to go through the ticket line, so it doesn't make much sense.

If you want to skip the lines, buy a fast-pass ticket online and skip all the lines.

Once you are at the top - enjoy the view, you can see everything in the city and surrounding area. The newly installed glass floors are really cool - you can see straight down!

It's always fun to do these tours, but be ready for lines and to put down some $

One of the most spectacular buildings ever built! It's very awesome what humans can design and build! I can't believe how small things look from the lookout deck! There were pretty long lines, but it went fairly fast!
