“Best coffee in Canada!”
Reviewed November 7, 2013

Called into the Brroken Paddle for lunch after a recommendation from our holiday rental host and was not dissappointed. The coffee I must say is the best that I have tasted in the 4 weeks that I have bee n trzvelling through the west of Canada and the Rockies! Everything about it was perfect, the temperature, the flavour, the strength and the crema!! Were also lucky enough to sample the home made fresh mulagatawny (?) soup which was served with home made bread. As a tourist it is always hard to find fresh genuine food so I would highly recommend the cafe. Metchosin is a lovely place and has a great community feel to it the service at the cafe was typical of what we have come to expect from Canadians, warm and welcoming.
