We were there on the Sat. eve after Thanksgiving so maybe they were short of staff? The service was a bit lacking, but I think it was just that they were busier than expected & short of staff.
2 of us ordered the BBQ Porksteak and it was great. Another person ordered some sort of fish primavera dish and she said it really wasn't that great....last person ordered the special which was a fish and/or chicken all you can eat.The fried chicken was ok, but the fried pollack was outstanding. Very lightly battered & fried just right, it was very, very good. The mashed potatoes were good, but needed to be warmer?
One of us ordered a glass of wine and they were out of that brand, she ordered another type and was told they were out of that too!! She finally found one they had and in their defense they did not charge her for the two glasses she had. That was good.
All in all I would try it again & give it a second chance.
This place is right at an airport and has a great vintage decor. Old model planes hanging from the ceiling with great old photos....
