The 9,000 square foot Bolingbrook Performing Arts Center located behind Town Center at 375 W. Briarcliff in Bolingbrook, has been an anticipated and beloved summer treasure for the community for years. Sitting opposite of an expansive lawn, The Bolingbrook Performing Arts Center offers an informal and comfortable place to picnic while enjoying some of the area’s top performances. Each show is broadcast through a state-of-the-art sound system and presented with dramatic features including conventional and robotic lights, full color L.E.D, fog machine, laser effects and three giant 9x12 permanent projector screens. The lights, fog, lasers and the LED's have been restructured to “pop and wow” concert attendees while complimenting the various genres of entertainers scheduled to perform.
It's perfect for all ages and the family-friendly environment makes it a great place for introducing young listeners to live music, free. Concert and theater spectators can bring their own picnic and/or purchase food and beverages on site. The Village provides some seating, however visitors should bring their own lawn chairs or blankets for guaranteed seating. Upcoming shows are always listed on their Facebook page at www.facebook.com/PACBolingbrook.
