Room was loud and did not meet request at the time of reservation, including a direct call to the front desk of this location. If you have special requests (noise), arrive early. The Front desk Attendants do not read the requests to know to assign rooms according to their reservation accommodations/agreements.

Its a Hampton inn. you know what your going to get, If anything the rooms seem a bit bigger than some HI', the tv's are big up to date flat screens and the beds comfortable. I see from the hotel comments previous that they are about to renovate, not sure why as nothing looks worn out, but i guess is best to do it now before that happens.

This was our second stay here, we booked in advance this time rather than just dropping in when we were tired of driving last time, all the staff were friendly and helpful on both occasions

I'd give this property a 6 out of 10. An older Hampton with only one elevator, the wait time was a bit too excessive. The front office was, however, helpful in pointing us to Twin Falls downtown restaurants.

Normally I like to have a window open at night but there was a very unpleasant odor coming into the room which we could not identify so we had to close the window and us the A/C.

We appreciate you staying with us and we are glad you found our staff to be helpful. We have not been able to find an explanation for the unpleasant odor that you experienced, however there have been many wildfires in our area recently and the lingering smoke may have been what you noticed. We are looking forward to a major renovation this winter and hope you will stay with us on your next trip to Twin Falls so you can see our updates. Thank you!

My sister and I were passing through on a combination family/business trip. The Hampton is a few miles off the Interstate but it was not a problem. I am amused (and somewhat irritated) by hotels that think we need feather comforters in warm weather. The hotel is standard Hampton which means very nice and a little pricey.

Our room was very clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Prices are reasonable. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and a beautiful canyon. Very happy with the hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Location is good, our room was large - we had a King with a sofa sleeper. Pretty clean. Bed was not very comfortable but I don't care for hard beds. The breakfast was awful. You can't really go wrong with toast, fresh fruit, or boxed cereal but beyond that it was sub par. The juice was water and so was the coffee. I don't expect a lot for "free" but it was almost an insult. The amenities are good enough. Pool area is very small butt serves its purpose. We stayed at the La Quinta across the road last year and it was much nicer - and La Quinta can be a hit or miss. Free wifi and a good amount of tv channels.

Room Tip: Try the La quinta in Twin Falls it is much nicer.

Thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay at our hotel. We are sorry that the quality of breakfast was not as you expected. We look for reviews to provide insight, and we will certainly check our coffee and juice machines to be sure they are mixing correctly. We will be renovating the breakfast room and lobby this winter and hope you will stay with us again to see what improvements have been made.
