We loved our stay- everything from the service of the front desk agent who checked us in to the breakfast bar host- great job! The room was amazingly spacious and oversized. Very comfortable and clean!

This Holiday Inn Express seems nicer than many, easy to find on the main drag. Great beds, 4 pillows per bed, free HIE breakfast, very clean. Had a quiet room in the back- enjoyed great sleep. Would be happy to stay here again. "Best rate" or AAA rate worth checking into, may not be the cheapest chain on the main highway but is certainly an easy choice for value. Nice fluffy towels, too.

This place was a very nice stop for our one night layover. The good points of this place was the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spotless. The free breakfast was really quite good, they have a very cool waffle maker that pours and cooks your waffles then drops it out the side ready to eat. I had never seen one so i thought it was neat. I'm sure kids would love it too, even if they aren't 48 years old. Good selection of tv stations in the room to unwind with, no in room movies though. We found the hotel staff extremely nice and welcoming, that says a lot after driving for 8 hours in 95 degree temperatures.
The things we didn't like were small but here they are. We found the floors were thin and you heard people walking. Showers and toilets can also be heard from other rooms, not loud or terrible but just there. The big thing for me is the back rooms face the malls loading docks, Target and a large grocery store chain. We stayed over on a Saturday and there was only one truck that used the dock and as we sleep with our window open he was loud. I told my wife that I am sure weeknights must be crazy. I did ask on the way out about the trucks and the noise and they were very honest at the desk saying yes there are quite a few but they do their best to not put people in those rooms during the week unless they need to. They were honest and I truly got the feeling they do their best to not put people there. There is a restaurant that we walked to, a good 10 minute walk, definitely worth the walk or two minute drive. there is a costco right on the corner as well as a 24 hour gas station. Oh and a target and grocery store right behind the hotel.. :)

Room Tip: As mentioned in review be aware of noise in the back rooms especially if you are like us and like wi...

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind comments about Holiday Inn Express in Twin Falls. As you are aware, it is unfortunate that we cannot control the trucks behind the hotel, but we do try to make sure our guests are disturbed as little as possible. We're looking forward to seeing you again on your next trip through Southern Idaho.

This Holiday Inn Express decor is much nicer than any other HIE we have stayed at. The rooms are good size, very clean and comfortable. Refrigerator was also a plus. The hotel is located off of the busy street so it was very quiet. The staff was outstanding. We left too early for the breakfast but the gentleman at the front desk did have a fresh pot of coffee available at 5am. We were driving from Montana back to California and this was the perfect stop. We ate at Jaker's and that was a good find too! If we are every in this area again we would certainly make this our hotel of choice.

My family and I were traveling to Las Vegas and stayed here for one of our nights. I had thought I made reservations online but as I was on my way I decided to call ahead just to make sure. Apparently I failed at some point because they didn't have my reservation - I am sure this was my fault not thiers. I was no problem, they made sure we had a room for that night and at the rate I remembered being quoted online. The room was nice (better than our Vegas room as it turned out), the beds were super comfortable too. We didn't have much time to stay (late arrival, early check out) and it was nice. The continental breakfast was great! Kids suffed themselves full before we got back on the road. Nice friendly staff gave me some directions before we left and that was nice.

Clean and quiet hotel in the middle of a shopping mall type of area of Twin Falls. Modern decor and efficient. Good breakfast. The pool was a little on the small side. Prasais Thai across the street for good eats (see other review).

We stayed here overnight on a trip from Phoenix to Seattle. We like HIE and were not at all disappointed with this one.
It is centrally located to shopping, fuel, restaurants and yet was quiet. We requested a 'quiet room' when we made the reservation and when we arrived were placed in a room at the end of the hall. Room was very clean and the hotel appears relatively new. Internet worked great; breakfast was good with plenty of food available and the bed was very comfortable...extremely important after an 800+ mile day on the road. Front desk staff was very friendly and competent and gave us a good recommendation for dinner (Jaker's). We also liked it because it does not permit pets. Since we do not travel with a pet, we prefer to stay in properties that do not allow pets.
We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Other than being on the top floor so no one is above you, I do not see a preference in room location...
