“The best seafood with the best view”
Reviewed December 13, 2012

oh my god , what a food with amazing view of the sunset in Bali , it's not the only one in Jimbaran but the taste and the service is so excellent ,the price is so cheap for all that wonderful tasty seafood , you can choice between a variety kinds of seafood ,and the view is the best ever and you will be so lucky if the clouds are less ,Don't forget your camera and it's suitable for all ages .

“Terrible!”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

We asked our driver to take us to Balique (rated #1 restaurant in Jimbaran on TrioAdvisor) and by mistake took us to Baliku instead. At first we thought it was just a misspelling on TripAdvisor and we agreed to stay. We quickly realized this couldn't be such a nice restaurant since it was nearly empty and had a bad vibe. By then, beer in hand, it was too late to escape. Food was awful and expensive, the service mediocre at best. Our Jimbaran experience was awful and we would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

“The fantastic seafood BBQ you can eat on the beach”
Reviewed September 18, 2012

This is a place our tour guide took us for the last night in Bali :) It was the place the tour guide took her girlfriend for the surprise birthday dinner and it was his favorite seafood BBQ place in Bali.
We had the biggest basket that comes with lobster and crabs and other seafood, and two bottles of beers. We ordered crabs to be cooked with peppers and squid to be cooked as calamari, and both tasted so good! The lobster was very tasty, too. It was such a great experience to eat those good dishes on the beach with the bad singing coldplay songs for me :)

It was total...like $120 and I thought it was expensive for restaurant in Bali, especially because I was used to all the cheap food we had during the trip, and also the restaurant looks cheap...I mean it doesn't look like a classy place.
Anyways, I liked the place very much and I'm glad that my boyfriend really really loved the crabs and prawns here so much!

“Initially was fantastic but when it comes to billing.. Extreme Disappoinment!”
Reviewed September 14, 2012

It is our 10th years Anniversary when we decide to celebrate at Jimbaran Bay, Bali and enjoy the Sunset & Seafood Dinner.
Initially it started out fantastic. Great view, with nearby fireworks, superb food! When we asked if we could get a discount for not taking a btl of wine for an exchg of Coconut Juice, they said, "No problem!"
But we were shock that we are charged a total of 1.5million rupiah for our romantic dinner. When questioned on the bills she insisted that it is FIXED PRICE plus 21% tax & service charge!
What a dismay..
We reckon that were cheated.
Let me warn you before you faced the same bad experience as we do!

“Fabulous view with seafood”
Reviewed March 28, 2012

24March2012, having seafood meal at Baliku cafe(late lunch with my wife). Contact the sale & marketing staff(Mr. Ketut Madu) for pick-up from our hotel at kuta and drop-off transfer to airport which is compliment from the cafe. Mr. Ketut is very attentive with response all our needs. The day of pick-up, Mr. Komang(if i remember correctly) come early to our hotel. Through the conversation, he is a very laid-back and down to earth person. And noticed he and his brother(Made) own the cafe.

We decided to choose "seafood basket A" with 1kg fish, 0.5kg crab, 0.5kg king prawn, 0.5kg clam & 0.5kg squid(come with corn soup, rice, kangkung[vegetable], 2small bintang beer & different sauces). More than enough for couple. Pls refer to the pictures i attached. The seafood are fresh and delicious with their special sauces applied during the grilled process. I highly recommended the clam, fish(red snapper) & king prawn because the use of coconut husk for barbecue. And it is so fragrant with the burning smell.

Not to mentioned the person(male with wearing black t-shirt, apologize not knowing your name) who served with fluent English and explaining of how the seafood to be cook. I did request him for one fresh young coconut, because my wife don't drink beer. And no hesitation, he offer compliment of the coconut. So touching from bottom of my heart.

Highly recommended to go to this seafood cafe for their service and delicious food with an outstanding view. Do remember to print out the 10% discount voucher from their website, give them upon ordering the seafood. It save you a little over all. Definitely will come back again in future.
