My wife and I have been coming to LRC at least once or twice a month for about a year now. We are simply amazed and so grateful such an incredibly top quality restaurant is here in our small community. The atmosphere is always warm, relaxing, and comfortable. We've tried just about everything on the ever changing menu, and never once has anything been less than excellent. But almost always, it just blows us away. We have lived in top food meccas like San Francisco, and LRC frequently matches the very best of the restaurants there. Excellent service as well.

Wonderful, reasonably priced small plates that are not that small; 3 plates was a filling meal for two of us. Wait staff was friendly and warm, but not too chirpy. The chef even came out to greet us and ask how we liked our food. I agree with the review of the brussels sprouts...they were fantastic. Also, the wild boar was incredibly tender, as they marinate it for 6 hours!

Food here is great again with the return of one of the original chefs!

Especially enjoyed the brussel sprouts (Yes, I said brussel sprouts), smashed Yukon potatoes and the flatbreads...

Hope they keep it going!

The menu is not big but the items on it are fantastic. They are carefully prepared and delicious. They have many small plates and the decor and ambience is great! I especially like to sit by the fireplace in cooler months and out on their exquisite patio overlooking Sand Creek in the summer. Always a popular spot - and you will see why when you go there. Great for a special dinner out!

We were out and about taking in the fall colors and found ourselves in Sandpoint. Not much was open this time of year so we took our chances a La Rosa. The menu had a huge selection of entrees you usually do not see in the Inland Northwest. The server told us that the portions were small so we quickly understood why the prices were so reasonable. Despite that we ordered soups, breads, clams(best Mannalia ever) , duck and pheasant entrees, and a pork tenderloin that was excellent. Whole bill was under $80 for four. Great Place!
