For our family of 6 adults and 4 children ages 14 -2 it was so much fun. We interacted with not only bears but other animals. The petting zoo is free and was a blast. The bears litterally will walk or stop right next to your car.

The cost was a bit on the expensive side. 16 per person or 75 per car.

Overall it was a wonderful event to experience as a family.

My husband and I - in our 60's and 70's - really enjoyed this stop. The environment is for the animals is natural, so it's much better than going to a zoo. One bear decided that he needed to taste my car, and licked bugs off the front grill, then decided to nibble the door handle to see if it would come off. The petting area was enjoyable as well, with a wide variety of ducks, geese, hens, goats, and deer. We decided not to feed the cubs, but sat in the courtyard and watched them play for a long time.

This was a great value for the kids. We drove thru Yellowstone for several days and did see a couple of bears but not close up. The staff was very friendly and you could drive thru as many times as you wanted. The baby bear were our favorite and if you paid extra you could bottle feed them

We drove around twice! (There is no limit to the number of times you can do this).
In several places, there is a pull-out space on the drive so you can let other cars go by. This was very helpful to see the bison and for several photo shots.
It was early afternoon, so many of the bears were asleep. In the bear enclosure no stopping is permitted, so with windows closed (the rule) it's hard to get photos without reflections from the car windows - may be easier when the sun is lower in the sky.
When in the area, we plan to visit again.

This was the highlight of my road trip this summer. It is around $45 to bottle feed and pet baby bear cubs (in addition to the entrance fee), but it was great. They had 6 cubs when I visited and was able to bottle feed and pet them all. They even take your picture and you get it once you are done. In addition, their park is full of animals-rare albino elk, buffalo, bears, and wolves. The staff is friendly and excited about their job. Plus, you can drive through the park multiple times.
