To begin with, I have had pork ribs all over the country. The styles (cooking method) vary considerably so it's possible to say you don't like the style but they are still good ribs. Well...none of that. I have never had a bite of a bad rib in this place the six or so years I have been coming here. And that's with different owners, cooks, whatever. Also they have beer which is the second of the four basic food groups. OBTW, this area is a desert for good ribs, don't miss out.
