We were returning to Salt Lake City with friends after 5 days at the national parks and were looking for a pit stop. Glad we found this little eatery! The menu has many basic items with very imaginative twists which turned the ordinary into an exciting lunch item. I opted for the Hawaiian Hamburger, but held the pineapple, joined by a huge pile of sweet potato fries. My wife and friends thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. The owner/hostess even brought over what she called "scones", which in an Italian restaurant might be called zeppoles, to apologize for the wait. It seems the grill has been totally occupied with pancakes!....so, you can get breakfast here for lunch, if you'd like. Our server was a sweetheart, very attentive but not intrusive, and on the way to the restrooms they have a map with pins so you can pin your hometown. The were many pins from all over the country, so go here, enjoy the food and hospitality, and pin yourself to the wall! It is a real treat to get away from the chain restaurants and meet some really nice people.
