Rooms were pretty booked in town due to some college tournament. Even though they honored a coupon, the rate was decent. Room was o.k., but had a dated feeling. It faced a busy road, so windows could not be left open. Check-in was not so good, clerks were rather young and silly. Coupon for drinks could not be used because of heavy smoke in the bar and the drinks were not allowed to be taken to our room! The music in the hallway was annoying. Breakfast room was small and overcrowded, standard fare. Small pool is on the busy road, we did not use it. May-be for some travellers not a bad place to crash for one night, but we did much better at the Inn of America in town.

Thank you for your comment. We love to hear how your stay is. We can only do better if our guests give us feed back. We are always trying to up date and improve on our older hotel. It is out dated but again we are always trying to make it better. I do appolagise for the smoky bar, it is leased and Idaho has not made it a law that they can't smoke in the bar. We train on a friendly staff, I am sorry you felt she was a little silly. Please feel free to contact me at any time. We want to earn your business.
Thank you again for your comments.

was looking for something easy and cheap.Booked on line only to find out it was cheaper to book in person.I would give this place a C- at best.Lobby smelled like smoke and rooms were the same.A/C was loud and room needs work. Will not stay here again.

Dear foredm,

Thank you for the time that you reserved to review our hotel. We genuinely consider each of our guests' opinion; after all, this is the starting point for improvement.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback and we hope that we may have the pleasure of making it up to you and seeing you again. If there is anything we can do in the meantime to help prepare for your next visit, please do not hesitate in contacting us directly.

We needed a place to stay for one night and had a very early morning excursion the next day. So, we decided to stay in this motel based on the relatively good reviews and the the very reasonable rate. The motel is on the main street and looks OK from the outside. The front desk girl was VERY friendly and helpful. The room was clean and can be described as very basic/no frills. But oh. That green wall. Just do yourself a favor and paint it white...Very basic and old furniture. The AC was pretty quiet and the bad reasonable.
The biggest problem we encountered was the fact that the advertised wireless internet access did not work. We stayed in quite a few hotels/motels on this trip and never had any issue with connecting to the internet. Not so in this motel. But they had a computer in the lobby for guests' use.
All in all - if you need to stay one night, it meets the very minimum. I cannot comment on the breakfast since we had to leave early and did not have time to try it.

We pulled in around 7:30pm - checked out a room...They only had 2 queen beds available no king beds. But for $60. it was clean, safe and comfortable. They have a complimentary breakfast with the typical processed foodstuff which we took a pass on.

The room was heavily perfumed - a deodorizer smell - it came with a TV, fridge,, microwave and coffemaker. The front desk gave us 2 coupons for free drinks which was a pleasant surprise. They have a pool and hot tub that looked very clean. There are train tracks on the river side, but we didn't hear anything. Overall - not a bad place for the price.

Hotel was extremely dirty. I thought I was booking a suite, and was disappointed to find a standard king sized room. There was hair EVERYWHERE, water damamge EVERYWHERE and the sheets on the bed were FILTHY. There were kids playing in the hallway well past midnight and there was very hard, heavy metal music playing through the speakers in the guest hallway. Now, I appreciate all kinds of music, even heavy metal from time to time, but I have worked in guest services, and that kind of music is highly inappropriate for a hotel setting at any time of day, even at night.

The girls working the hotel at any given time were extremely immature and bouncing around the hallways, talking inappropriately around guests. It felt more like a high school hallway than a hotel. These girls should not be left with control of a business like this, to have control of the desk and radio. Something needs to be done.

I would definitely never return to this hotel and I am surely going to spread the word to everyone I know to skip over this place. It is in desperate need of some help.

Stayed here for two nights in a 3rd floor room facing the busy street. No out of the ordinary noise from the street besides the occasional extra-loud vehicle, and did not hear the train at all - both better than I expected since the hotel is between the main drag and the RR tracks. The rooms are what you would expect from a Motel 6/Super 8-range hotel (plus fridge, microwave, & free internet) - all that could be expected for the price. They seemed to have chronic problems with their keys demagnetizing (I had to exchange mine once and witnessed two others doing the same when I checked in), but they were helpful and courteous. Kids seemed to enjoy the pool and heard the wailing of karaoke only as I passed by the downstairs bar. Decent food to be had at the Italian restaurant across the parking lot & a local bar across the street (sans karaoke).
