Was there the other night. The menu is nice and beats the hell out of anything else in town or for that matter anywhere close to the area.

We ate here but did not stay here. But the reviews at TA were intriguing, so we gave it a shot. Glad we did. We had the 4 tapas, and they were tasty. The bread was too crunchy, but the toppings were amazing. The bison loaf and the duck with apricot were our faves. The bar had a wonderful red blend which went with our lamb dinner perfectly. And the lamb was great, but the sides were amazing. The polenta with goat cheese was perfect. Just pungent enough but soft and tasty. The ratatouille was excellent, rich and flavorful enough to carry lamb without dissappearing into the background. But the fried Kale was amazing. Rich, tender, crunchy, and buttery with a hint of balsamic. So good that the couple across from us heard my description and asked for a small plate. She loved it too! And the lava cake with the hint of cayenne was wonderful, a great ending to an amazing supper. For a total of $90 ish with tip, a great deal. We ate a lot and were feasted with a new flavorful meal. a True feast out of the way and out of this world!

It is quiet and quaint and the food is out of this world! We had Ahi tuna, which was perfectly prepared. It was Mojito Monday and they were delicious!

The three of us, including a gluten-free guest, had the surprise of our culinary year so far at this off-the-beaten track venue! Started off with a refreshing spinach and strawberry salad with just the right touch of balsamic vinegar. The Ahi tuna with wasabi aioli was a taste bud revelation, perfectly cooked tuna and amazing vegetables. Filet mignon was not only picture perfect but delicious. Service was extraordinary for diners who had strict coeliac (gluten-free) demands including an incredible lavender creme brulee dessert. Fantastic and super friendly service! We shall return as soon as we can although this involves an overseas flight!!
