Stopped in without a reservation, not having seen this relatively new establishment before. Remembered it's predecessor with ambivalence and hadn't heard much about Zinc so we had no pre-conceptions. We were very pleased with our experience!
The food was excellent. I have a thing for lamb and was very pleasantly surprised at not only the quantity of meat but also the delicious flavors in the Lamb Pot Pie. My wife went on and on about how good trout filet was. A good sized portion, it was cooked to perfection.
We liked the feel of the place with its new furnishings and found the wait staff very attentive. We will go back.
