Wife and I stayed here while visiting son in the city. We stayed total of 5 nights in early July.Room was very nice, had 2 queen beds(grandchildren stayed one night), refg, microwave, coffee pot(thank goodness), with separate bathroom facilities(sink in bathroom where it should be). Hotel staff very nice, always friendly and asked if they could be of any help. Room cleaned daily and quickly. They have indoor pool and small spa attached, did not use but many people did. Morning breakfeast of scrammbled eggs, sausage, muffins, cerals, waffles, coffee, juice, etc. Location outstanding, close to food, show, mall, and many others stores. We recommend this place very highly, make reservation. Was busy.

Room Tip: Reservation, can be used as base for Yellowstone, fishing, etc.

Very nice clean hotel with a well-rounded breakfast. No complaints. The name sounds like some horrible hotels across the country, but it is not affiliated with them.

Internet worked well, pool and spa were clean. A fridge was in the room. Very close to dining and shopping: don't try to arrive at 5pm on a weekday...lots of traffic around the shopping. But once you're in the hotel, you're good. Nice, safe location.

The front desk girl was very helpful and hard working.

Room Tip: Booked at hotels.com not Ameritel

My wife and I travel to Idaho Falls often and Cat, the front desk clerk is one of the reasons we always stay at this hotel. Even thou she was busy keeping breakfast prepared she still had time to help me plan a morning jog.

We were happy that the Ameritel inn was able to match a low rate i saw online, so that was a plus right off the bat. The staff was very friendly! Warm cookies in the lobby for guests. All in all, a pleasant atmosphere. Beds were comfy and the kids loved the indoor pool! The free breakfast was excellent! Hot and yummy food and plenty of it! My husband and I were impressed that the girl cooking all the food and keeping it fully stocked was also running the front desk at the same time! And she did a good job multiple-tasking too! All in all, our stay was very nice. The only thing that bothered us, was that shoes were not mandatory in the breakfast room. We had to look dy several pairs if bare feet that bothered us. They should prob enforce this rule, like most hotels do.

This is a routine sort of place but they have all the details right, staff is excellent, it's scrupulously clean, full breakfast is just that. And, it's less than $100.
