Prior to 6 months ago, if someone said Stockmans, I was all in. The last 2 visits there the service is still very good, but their steaks quality standard has fell drastically. The potato ( baked) was not a russet Burbank, it was a russet norkotah, ( tastes a lot like cardboard to a native Idaho spud grower). If you really want to experience stockmans food, punch it up in nearby Blackfoot Idaho. Only 20 min south on I-15. The meat is tender, flavorful and sizzling hot when served.
