Professional yet friendly service and what I like most is that they stick to the schedule departure times which is essential when traveling. Another bonus, some boats are equipped with WiFi and for those that get sea sick, they offer Ginger mints...that's a nice touch! The Captain and Crew are all smiles and ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable boat ride.

Used in Dec 2017, the departure from St Maarten had changed but it was accessible and easy. Great 30 minutes smooth safe ride, clean and efficient, staff very helpful with my large luggage. Blowing Point had blown away in the hurricane, but it really did not matter, they are coping well. Would also make a great trip day trip.

We were concerned about traveling to Anguilla this year via the ferry as the ferry terminal had been badly damaged by the hurricane. However, we were delighted to hear that limited ferry service had been restored in a matter of a couple of months. The terminal still needs to be rebuilt but the temporary set-up they have in place is just fine. Given the time of our flight, we opted for GB's shuttle service instead of the regular ferry. It should be noted that it did not cost much more so it was an affordable option. The shuttle only carries a handful of people, and is operated by 2 people - one who pilots the boat, and one who assists the passengers and serves beverages. It was a great choice for us, and we'll be booking it again next year.

GB was right there waiting for us and took us right away to the shuttle doc and we were off to Anguilla.

After taking the public ferry from Marigot to Anguilla upon our arrival in St. Maarten, we were looking for an easier method of departure. When we arrived we needed to take a taxi to the Marigot ferry from the airport which added another step to our travel. And the public ferry "Cheers" only had seats inside the boat. For about $25 more per person, we could skip this step and have a really nice boat ride to the airport. GB Ferries was reasonable compared to some of the other charter services and the boat ride was so much fun. There were 9 of us in our party and we ended up having the boat to ourselves except for one other passenger. So we sat outside in the sun and wind and enjoyed the 20 minute ride to the airport. It felt like another "adventure" to finish off our vacation. And then when we got to the dock they had a van waiting for the short ride to the airport terminal. They took care of the bags up until that point. It was a much more enjoyable way to get to the airport than the public ferry and it allowed us to skip the extra taxi ride.
