We stayed there for attending Biennale in Venice & it's really well located - with Vaporetto it's just 2 resp 3 stops to the main locations in Giardino resp. Arsenale.
Breakfast was not overwhelming (even for Italian standards) but OK. Selection of teas was limited due to multi-pack - and when one type was out, you had to wait for the other flavours to finish as well before they would open a new multi-pack.
WLAN works well. Gym is more of an alibi in a windowless room without any amenities (towels, water, ...).
Rooms typically on the small side and in need of a refurbishing but overall cozy.
TV is a 12" CRT with a selection of Italian & some international channels.
As there is no traffic on the small street next to the hotel, it is really nice & quiet (unless a neighbor forgets to turn off the alarm clock).More
