The food was delicious. the attention of the waitresses was great. We came three times, ordered different menues and it was always an excellent food. We set in the balcony of the restaurant with a wonderful view of the river, the mountains and the opposite old village.

Let's be honest, there's not a lot of opposition in Le Rozier for your restaurant money but that doesn't stop the people who run this place from trying hard. The multi course meals offer a good selection and we ended up eating here three times out of the five during our stay. We also recommended it to others.
The service was good and friendly and it's obviously the place recommended by the local accommodation houses, which was how we got to go there.
Prices were reasonable and the location was lovely, right beside the Jonte River.

As we were staying in the Hotel Doussiere we decided to eat in the restaurant, best decision ever.

The meal was delicious, as was the homemade quince and walnut wines.

The restaurant was very busy but neither the food nor the service suffered, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We left Millau late morning heading through the Tarn gorges. Tight roads and lots of small villages. By chance we saw the restaurant was open on Sunday. What luck. Extremely pleasant hostess who explained the menu in english.

After an extremely good amuse bouche I had the sweetbreads and then the pork cheeks. My wife had the potato entre with the slow cooked lamb for main. All were excellent. Try and get to this restaurant. Everything you could ask for and more.
