Bardenay has become a go-to restaurant for me when I travel to the Boise, ID, area. I normally stay in Meridian which makes the Bardenay in Eagle just a 10 minute drive to get to. It has a warm & comfortable atmosphere. I have not had a bad meal there and like trialing their locally produced vodka and rum. They also have a very large selection of Bourbons and Scotchs including some I had not head of before. Very impressive. Their chorizo chilli style soup is fantastic. They also make a meatloaf sandwhich that is made from lamb and beef and gives it a fantastic and unique taste. Their chefs also know how to cook salmon...never dired out and always flavorful. Great place to unwind after a day on the road.
