I have attended two conferences at this venue, and both have been excellent! The conference area is large and diverse, with up to five different large rooms plus a large two-tier lobby area. It has been maintained exceptionally well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Access from the freeway is the best in town. There are no elevators or stairs to deal with in the conference area.

The rooms are not lavish, but I don't care. If I go to a conference, all I use the room for is sleeping and bathing.

The only reason I did not give this venue a full five-stars is that the chlorine emissions from the large indoor pool drift into the conference area. We became accustomed to it within an hour, but it was definitely on our minds in the beginning. This said, I would choose this venue again for another conference without giving it a second thought.

Room Tip: Unless you love chlorine, get one as far as possible from the pool.

For a 2.5-star hotel, I expected so much more. This place is more like a Motel 6 than a Holiday Inn, but I guess you get what you pay for. I'm trying to think of a positive thing to say about this place, maybe that there's enough parking. Security is OK, but the front desk staff was far from friendly. My impressions as I walked down the hall to my room: "boy, these ceilings are really low", "what is that smell?" and "this place hasn't been renovated since 1975." Nothing special about the room. Back side of the hotel faces a residential neighborhood, and definitely needs a good sweeping; there are cobwebs, dirt, and leaves stuck all over the walls and in the AC units.

Room Tip: Skip it. Don't stay here.

Super helpful, polite, cheerful servers, desk personnel, maintenance people, housekeepers, and the "Popcorn" lady (Sorry, don't know here official title but she's great!). Clean, well maintained. Room was in the main building, had been refurbished. Bath old but clean and functional. Breakfast in restaurant was plentiful and delicious. Pool with movies/tv for kids was wonderful! Will stay there again.

We had pre-paid for this hotel, checked in, left and never came back.
There is no elevator, though the hotel is only two floors, but we did not want to carry our bags up the stairs. There are several entrances depending on which building your room is in. The outside door to our building was broken and would not lock. The business office's computer had a virus. The room was small and had an odor.

The best money we ever spent was on another hotel.

When I arrived the two ladies in front of me were very angry. They had booked a suite with two kings and two hid-a-beds (two couples and their kids). Even thou they called twice after them made the reservation to confirm they arrived to find they were give a room with two double beds-they were not happy-Almost the same thing happened to me, I reserved a king room and was told they have not had any for a week! The why was I able to reserve one that day!!?
The room was right next to an exit door that opened and shut (loadly) all night! We will NOT be going back (PLus the staff acted like they were doing US a favor-NO customer service at all

Room Tip: Do not stay here unless you want no sleet

Nice and clean place, very friendly staff. The price was good, I paid 54 USD incl. taxes through hotwire. The rooms have a fridge, there is a large inside pool and small gym in the hotel, good enough for a workout. The hotel is located almost at walking distance from the airport, but not affected by air traffic noise. There is a shuttle service from and to the airport. The restaurant and the sports bar in the hotel both offer food in the evening. I had breakfast in the restaurant, it is only à la carte, but choice is good and prices very reasonable. I paid 13 USD for Omelette, bread, fruit basket, bread, marmelde.
Dinner at the sports bar was good and again reasonable prices for both food and beer. Staff was really very friendly overall. I can definitely recommend this place.

I booked on line and arrived just before midnight. Front desk check in was not the best. Then found out that there was no elevator and after flying for 12 hours, that did not make an impression. The front desk offered to assist and when the 'gentleman' arrived, his attitude waqs less than stellar. Needless to say, I did not allow him to touch my bags. The room was less than expected. The floor was dirty, gravel and dirt indicated that they had not cleaned for a while. Hotel is listed 2.5 stars. A more realistic rating would be 1.5 or maybe a 2. I stayed at this hotel in the early 1970s, and from what I saw that night, there has not been much improvement but has experienced lots of wear and tear. There are many many other hotels in the immediate area that are much better and at a like rate.

Room Tip: No recommendations on a good room at this location.
