Service is over the top from staff. Rooms great. Pool great. Breakfast great. You won't be disappointed. No elevators so make sure you get a first floor room if lugging your things is a issue. There are both in and out corridor rooms so also check to make sure you are where you want to be. 2 min to airport doir

After pulling into the wrong Best Western, which is right across the street interestingly we got our room which we had reserved. I was unhappy with the fact that our "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke, however the staff was very accommodating and promptly helped us get a different room. The hotel is nice, clean, and more up to date than the one across the street. The shower was all new and updated. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a fulfilling continental breakfast and had many options including waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins, juices, eggs & sausage links. It is right next to the airport, so you will hear some airplanes.

I would most likely pick to stay here again, assuming prices stay constant.

Room Tip: Upper level East rooms facing the exterior are quietest. Pool was very nice but busy.

We stayed here because we were able to get a "free" room - because we have the gold crown card from Best Western - at first we thought it would be fantastic - the lobby is clean and nice but it is kind of strange they have rooms on the inside with a window that looks into the center of the Hotel not outside - the bed was really uncomfortable - and you could always hear noise coming from people outside your room because they have benches and nice little areas to sit and chat - but if you are trying to sleep you can hear everything - we could hear the people above us as they paced around the room very early in the morning. The breakfast is not great - but it is continental - I however would recommend this hotel - but you may ask for a room on the upper level and see if you can get one that is on the outside with a window that looks outside.

Room Tip: As I stated before ask for a room upstairs and see if you can get one on the outside that has a wind...

Very kind staff was a welcome treat after a long travel day. Very convenient location next to the airport. Inside roon was very quiet looking out into a beautiful atrium that gave a spacious outdoor feel to the room. Very well done and excellent use of space. I routinely stay with a competitor farther away from the airport but for half the price, this hotel is my new first choice.

Room Tip: Inside room is very quiet

A three-hour flight delay (flat tire!) turned a late evening arrival into an early morning arrival. I was exhausted and, therefore, was thrilled that the front desk clerk made the check-in a breeze. My room was located on the first floor, about 50 steps from the lobby. The hallway to my room was very wide and more like an atrium. What seemed a bit weird to me is that my room had a large window, which faced the hallway/atrium. So you could throw open the curtains and gaze at people walking by your room. Weird! It'd be different if the atrium was huge and beautiful, but is wasn't -- it was just a wide hallway, with some benches. I guess they designed the room that way because there is no other window in the place and they had to put a window somewhere. It felt like staying in someone's basement. The room was clean but nothing special and oddly configured. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Didn't hear a thing until my alarm sounded in the morning. Breakfast was included and it was okay. I had runny scrambled eggs that weren't very hot and some coffee. They also offered sausage, bananas, toast, and a variety of cereals and pastries. I'm gluten free, so I stuck to the eggs. The hotel is very close to the airport. Perfect for late night arrivals or early morning departures. I rented a car, so I didn't use the shuttle but was told that the service is available all day and until the last flight of the night arrives. I felt safe at this Inn and was comfortable but don't think I'd stay there again.
