Nice place. In a typical generic suburbia location with a lot of new building stores - big box retailers (Costco in backyard, Walmart), not downtown. Missed the convention center or arena, but noted an convention center type surtax on the bill that wasn't on another Boise-area hotel bill. Everything was clean and as good as new. The fitness center was above average - large(r) - i.e. not crammed into a small room on the ground floor, and at least they had a weight machine rather than just the typical cardio machines. Left early, before breakfast, but note they had free coffee/tea in the lobby (and lemon-water the night before). Nice large(r) rooms.

The service at this hotel was above and beyond. We were promptly and cheerfully greeted and given a room upgrade (we are Hilton Gold members). The next morning, when we went for breakfast, our waiter was simply excellent! He was very attentive without being overly so and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. This hotel was centrally located so we were able to gas up the car and eat without going more than a few blocks from the hotel....

What a great stay and we will definitely return!

This was our second stay here. Both tomes rooms were large and clean. Convenient location without airport or freeway noise. Very friendly staff - every request was gladly accommodated.
We had family with children visit us at the hotel and they loved the pool. Very nice relaxing area in lobby.

Room Tip: Several restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed over for one night and you get what you expect here: decent rooms, clean, neat, internet... Basically, all I expected and needed.

THe location is very convenient for business travel, and close (walking) to many restaurants and the movie theatre across the street. It's just 2 miles from the airport, but far enough away that you don't feel like the planes are landing on you. The staff is great, and the lobby area designed so you can sit and work via laptop or read and relax or have a drink from their "mini-market" on site. The rooms could use an update - the green carpet is dated, the bedding should be updated to the white duvets with down comforters that the Hamptons have, and the lighting wasn't great. Flat panel tv was appreciated. A/C wouldn't turn off, or be set, and was on full power, so I had to unplug it. I had to keep the window cracked since it was stuffy and musty smelling. Noise level was acceptable. The cookies in the afternoon, and the bottles of water at check-in are a great touch.

Checked in late at night without a reservation. The room was spacious and clean, also seemed really quiet. The shower lacked good water pressure, but overall I was very pleased with the rooms.
The only real downside was that we thought the breakfast was free. In reality, they serve breakfast between 6-10am and you have to pay for it unless you are a gold member (or something similar). I thought they should have been more direct about that.
