The location is perfect - right in the middle of downtown Boise, the front desk staff was always friendly, the room was very clean. The gym is AWESOME - by far the best hotel gym I've ever used (and it's free to use with your hotel stay).
There were a few small things I noticed, however:
1) If you're staying there and there's a concert at the arena - be ready for noise. The hotel was friendly enough to prepare me with a note that morning, including the time when the concert would end (and it did end right on time), but I was right on top of the arena and it was loud. Definitely a plus for them taking the initiative to prepare me that morning.
2) With so many people staying at the hotel, the wifi was incredibly slow, if it was working at all. I would love to see them upgrade their wifi network to handle larger groups staying at the hotel.
3) There was a man in a wheelchair trying to get on the elevators. Multiple time, the cleaning staff with their carts stopped where the man and I were standing, only to continue on. It would have been nice to see them get off the elevator to allow him room to get on.
I would definitely stay at the Grove again.More
