Lunch was very good, salmon and chips, clam chowder and bruschetta. Reasonably priced, nice waitress, minimal decor (No rubber crabs). I want to return to try the fish tacos...

Love the fresh seafood dishes. Love to get fresh grilled oysters or salmon and chips. Always excellent service and food. Soups are great, too. Hot Topped seasfood salad is one of my favorites. A touch of complimentary sherbet finished off the meal.

The food at the original Fresh Off the Hook on Milwaukee is definitely worth waiting for. This is the freshest fish in Boise. The sister restaurant in BODO has essentially the same menu with a few additions. If you're concerned about having to wait for a table at the original, try the one in BODO. Only real difference is that you'll have to pay for parking in BODO.

We have gone a few times and every time the food is great. The place is small and in a strip plaza next to Target. The service is very good. Last time had the crab muffin and fish tacos coconut shrimp and clam chowder. All of it was very good.

This place looks very unassuming from the outside, as has been stated by other reviewers, it's in a very inconspicuous place for a seafood restaurant. Found out about it online by googling "Boise" and "seafood" and I'm very glad that I did. I had the hot seafood salad which was excellent - I even had it without dressing and the juices from the saute pan did a nice job of adding flavor to the salad. Everything tasted fresh and I'm excited to go back and try something different.

There is very limited seating, so if you are planning to go around prime eating times (Noon or 6:00 pm) you should probably be prepared to wait.
