“May Be The Best Restaurnt In Town”
Reviewed July 9, 2014

I have eaten at a lot of places in Boise and have come to conclusion that for upscale dining in Boise this is the place. Food, service, downtown location, and atmosphere all blend into a nice meal out. The prices and meal are upscale; but the dress is casual with both shorts, and jacket/ties. Fork has outside (with misters & umbrellas) and inside dining options along with a decent inside bar. Reservations are suggested on the weekends as it was about a 30 min to eat inside; but no wait outside or at the bar. The one tip I would give is to skip appetizers as they are ok not great and focus on the rest of the meal.

“Great”

Great service, fresh ingredients and outdoor seating. We got breakfast here and had some great scrambles and toasts. The staff was quick and friendly. What more can you ask for!

“Great downtown restaurant”
Reviewed July 4, 2014

We ate here on our last night in Boise, 4th of July. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic.

As we had our eye on dessert, we didn't order appetizers but they had a nice selection that sounded yummy. The three of us ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich, the salmon sandwich and the sturgeon special. All the entrees were tasty. Ingredients were fresh and everything was well prepared.

We shared the warm butter cake and lemon creme brulee. Again- great dishes.

We'll definitely be back on another trip to Boise.

“Great atmosphere....locally sourced food”
Reviewed June 28, 2014

I picked Fork for our fancy family dinner while visiting my son in Boise. Was not disappointed. Lots of different choices. I had a ravioli that was excellent. Great wine list. The waiter was friendly and funny and the atmosphere felt a little more upscale then the average brewpub but not
overly so. Loved it...

“Great food!”
Reviewed June 25, 2014

Atmosphere was lively, great food and busy, busy! The starters we had crispy asparagus were to die for! Yummy! Onion rings were yummy as well! The wine list you can't go wrong! The salads were great and good size. The trout is good, the BBQ sandwich is yummy but messy and the home chips are very good! The warm cake batter with ice cream is a must! So, if you like simple but great food and drinks, come to Fork in Boise, great location and overall great place to eat inside or out. Reservations would be wise they very busy. Travel safe...
