“Noisy inside, but cheap and fresh”
Reviewed February 20, 2012

First time I went and ate inside with a friend at lunch and it was about as noisy as a busy Cafe'. Second time ordered out-- I had to go back a second time because their sandwhiches are delicious and cheap. I've only eaten the Baguette style cause I like the bread a lot. There isn't tons of meat and veggies, but enough to get a filling meal, especially with the bread. If you're not that big a fan of bread, I'd suggest one of the regular sandwhiches or a combo meal.

“Great Lunches”
Reviewed January 30, 2012

This sandwich shop serves several type of Vietnamese sandwiches along with more standard fare. The Vietnamese style sandwiches are the stars and are very reasonably priced. They also serve a really good bowl of pho (beef noodle soup) with slices of beef and sausage in a great broth as well as a tasty vermicelli noodle bowl with choices of meats. There are also spring rolls, egg rolls, and beignets. Prices are really reasonable too.

“Great treat in a surprising location”
Reviewed July 31, 2011

While visiting Boise, I decided to try this place (thank you, fellow TA reviewers), tucked into a kind of mini-mail which is itself surrounded by a grocery store. I loved the food so much that I ate there 3 times in 2 days (and bought spring rolls to eat on my flight home). While others praise the sandwiches, which are good, I was mostly taken with the unexpected treats: yummy beignets, perfect with the Vietnamese coffee; the best and freshest spring rolls I've ever had; and the delicious, addictive avocado smoothie (get it with the "boba," or bubbles, as we call them in NY). The flavor of the avocado doesn't dominate. Instead, it provides just a light, refreshing note in an overall smooth, slightly sweet, glass of cool green voluptuousness--the perfect treat for a hot day in Boise.
