“Incredible community resource - enjoy!”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

This is such an incredible resource for Boise and the entire community. Running much of the length of the Boise River, and incorporating in cities such as Garden City, this is a fun way to enjoy Boise whether on foot, rollerblades, with the kids, a dog, or even a bike. We have not lived in Boise for many years now, but miss having the Green Belt running near our back yard. Enjoy!

“A nice stroll”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

Clean except for the geese, but hey we all have that problem. Friendly people and great to get out and stretch your legs or to take a break from the driving rat race.

Best part of Boise! The lifeline of the city, beautiful to walk, right by the river and can get you anywhere. Filled with happy dogs, runners, bikers and students.

“Great way to see Boise”
Reviewed January 12, 2013

We were in Boise for 3 days and spent one of them cycling the Green Belt. It's a good way to experience Boise as the locals do. We did it on a weekday, I imagine that during the weekend it's a bit more crowded with family's and kids on bikes.During the week it's a great way for Boisians (?) to get around.

It was HOT when we did it too so it's a bit cooler down by the river. You can ride along and stop at the Boise Art Museum, the Zoo, a load of parks, go off the belt a couple of blocks and stop for lunch.

A great day. We hired bikes. Really easy.
