Every meal we had at Brassies during our trip to Brasstown Valley Resort was wonderful and the Bloody Marys were awesome!

Had a quick lunch before heading out for a round of golf. Corned beef panini was very good. Service was good. Alcoholic beverages available as well as tea and soft drinks. Cool patio area to sit under to lunch.

My husband and I eat at Brassies about once each week as part of a group. We've found the food quality and choices to be average and sometimes worse--occasionally poor quality, not cooked as requested, etc. Most of the time, however, the food we order is acceptable. We've requested that the menu be revised to include more salad/sandwich choices, but it has been the same for a couple of years. Whenever we've ordered drinks, they've been excellent, although expensive. We've always found service to be good--waiters and waitresses have been busy but attentive. The ambiance is excellent with fireplaces both inside and outside. At certain times of the year, the sun is a problem when sitting at certain tables. We've always found the food in the main dining room at the Brasstown Resort (upstairs) to be outstanding. We'd like for some of that quality to be extended to Brassies.

We enjoyed drinks after dinner at Brassies while stay at the Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa. Definitely busy on a Sunday evening in the sports pub. We quickly learned that Sunday's are dry in the local counties but the Resort is able to serve alcohol. Lunch after golf the next day was good, too.

We had lunch there and it was great, buffet with soup, salad and the chef made your pasta fresh for you. I thought the price was fine. The view of the mountains were awesome. We walked around the resort, very nice.
