“no coffee pot in the room”
Reviewed December 31, 2006

Can't really remember which site we used to book this one--we had several we were staying at. Our biggest issue was no coffeepot in the room. Since I'm a very early riser, even the 6AM breakfast didn't work for that. Other than that, it was fine. But I guess you get what you pay for.

We stopped overnight on our way to Disney World. After checking with several other hotels wanting around $100 for one night, we checked with this hotel. $53 per night with AAA plus tax to that. I wanted to take a look at the room before we decided we would take it.

I was very suprised at how nice the room was. Especially for what we were paying for the room compared to the others we stopped at.

Plenty of room for two adults and two small children. The room was very clean and staff was courteous.

Continental breakfast was provided the next morning...the typical milk, juice, bagel, cereal, etc.

Overall pleased with the room. Would stay there again!

I booked this hotel based on previous reviews and we were not disappointed! This is definitely not your typical Econo Lodge!

We arrived around 11 p.m. after driving 9 1/2 hours for a drive that should have only taken 5 hours. So we were expecting a VERY clean room and comfortable beds since we were so tired! The night clerk welcomed us to the hotel and was very friendly. As she was checking us in, I asked her if we could use a coupon we had found in one of those travel discount guides, she said sure and we saved an additional $5 on an already low internet price of $41.95.

The room was super clean! The beds we so comfortable. I actually forgot that we were at an E.L. The bathroom was huge and the TV had plenty of channels. We were on the way to Florida to catch a cruise, so we didn't have time to visit to pool.

The continential breakfast wasn't anything to get excited about, but the area was clean and my son seemed to enjoy the Fruit Loops cereal. The front desk clerk was super friendly and she even gave us the price of gas at the area gas stations and gave us directions to Wal Mart.

I would definitely stay here in the future and would recommend to others!

First floor room was convenient, though free wireless internet connection was not the greatest. Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the soft lighting. Had a large bathroom with sink/counter in the bedroom area. Wish it'd had a mini-fridge for cold drinks; otherwise, couldn't complain about a thing!

One of the newer hotels in Valdosta. It is clean and comfortable. The rooms are a little small, but it is a good value for the money. It is also located next to the interstate.

The continental breakfast is average, cereal and danishes. It has a small pool, that is clean and fun for the kids.

We enjoyed the stay.
