“The Shows Are Worth The Price Alone!”

Well Folks....
This place has it all!
Upon entering the park....There is A beautiful kiddie land and interactive petting Zoo,which gives you A warm feeling right away....The roller coasters are awesome, and there is A great variety as well. The Cheetah was the fastest that I have ever been on...
My first show was Tigers of India.
All I can say is Wow! The tricks were great, the show was so uplifting as well as educational....I have NEVER seen A tiger show that had so much hands on interaction with the big cats! I really think other theme parks could learn a lot from this one.......

After that it was off to the water park!
On A hot day this is the place to be...
They had all the places that you would see in A water themed park....and included with the parks ticket price.

The next show was The Comedy Pet Variety Show.... This absolutely blew me away! Now....I have seen Pet shows
in Vegas ,and Florida (Both Good)
However....This one was equally as good,if not better! They had the biggest Variety of pets that I have ever seen....
The pets were happy, the tricks were unique, and the hosts were very outgoing and friendly.....This show is A must see! There were even trained housecats performing......and parrots flying over my head!

The Wild West Show was funny as well....
I laughed pretty much the entire show.....
Definitely worth A watch...

Another great show was The Creature Feature....This was far from being your average boring educational gator show that you see everywhere!
In watching this presentation,I got to see A great mix of wild creatures...
Also....The host was very good, and educational.
The main thing was what alligator blood can do for us....Check it out online,I am so glad that the park has original themed shows...

All in all....I think this park is well worth the price, and I would recommend A visit to anyone in any age group......

“Great Day Trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 14, 2013

I have taken my daughter here every summer for three years. And each year we discover something new. Of course, we have our favorites, as well. Even the rides that look like they "aren't much" can surprise you. The food prices are very high, but that's what you excpect at these places. I recommend going to Splash Island and getting a locker when you first get there. It costs $10 for the day and then they give you $5 in park money when you return the key. Very conventient and worth it. Ya the lines can be long...but go on a Sunday instead of a Saturday and you can avoid it. Tip: when parking, don't try to park near the front. The exit is all the way around the back of the building. I like to park close to the exit so that I don't have as much traffic to fight getting out. Also, if you buy your tickets on line, don't bother printing them out. Do the "will call" option. Because when you print them out you still have to go to this special "room" near the gates and have them print out actual tickets. Then you use those to get in. The will call booth is right at the front and its a one stop shop. You pick up your tickets and go. Otherwise you end up going through the line just to find out that your online print out isn't good enough. Then you stand in another line to get your real ticket printed. Then you go back to the entrance line and wait to go through that line ot get in. Will call is more efficient. Oh and don't be surprised when you find it costs $10 just to park.

“Good rides - not so great for the animals”

Good park. Usually not too crowded. Clean. Decent roller coasters. Not to thrilled with the animals as they are kept in pretty small cages.

“Weekday Woes”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 8, 2013

Our adventure was taken on a Monday and lasted until Wednesday but I will visit on the weekend next time. They did not have the misters working and a lot of the rides were not working either. We actually had to get a raincheck due to a chemical spill at the waterpark. The problem was nobody alerted us to the problem until we saw an employee along with a sheriff deputy passing out paper face masks to employees. We asked the deputy what was going on and got no reply from him. The employee that was with him said the park was being evacuated and we must leave now ! We took it upon ourselves to stop by guest services and ask for a raincheck ! Thankfully we were able to stay another day and use our ticket. I feel that 2 days for the price is a great value but they should return to the old policy of allowing you to choose your second day. Food and drinks are overpriced as usual but water in your reusable cup is free. I would also like to add that pets are allowed on a first come basis in the kennel but space is limited so be there early !

“Fun for local driving distance.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 7, 2013 via mobile

Customer service isn't great. If its even slightly raining try shut down most the park. Very hot in the summer as they have no misters and very little shade. Recommend going in fall or spring. Check hours first as they don't keep long hours or are even open during the week except in the summer
