Imagine a trendy cafe in the heart of downtown were the tacos could have been prepared by the food network. They have a wide variety of unusual and creative items on the menu. Our food was prepared flawlessly, while we listened to a jazz music soundtrack. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, and would be pleased to go back whenever we are in town.

One of my favorite restaurants to have lunch. Great location in downtown Valdosta. Great menu - great pizzas, taco plates, sliders, etc. Something for everyone. Love the roasted potatoes, love the blue-salad, great iced-tea! Love their desserts too.

We had lunch today at the Bleu Cafe on May 22nd, and were very disappointed. When we got there, we were told that they were out of steak and chicken. This was noon-time. Imagine everyone's favorite meals not being available. I do realize that this was a busy weekend in Valdosta, with both the local high schools having graduation and the Friday night Art after Dark, but they should have factored these activiies in when placing their grocery order for the week. Or heaven forbid.............make a trip to a local grocery store to restock. This was our first and probably our last visit.

We happened on to The Bleu Cafe when stopping in Valdosta on the way to WDW... all I can say is WOW! Like a little bit of Manhattan in south Georgia. Great contemporary American flair in gourmet tacos, slammers (sliders to most of us), and pizzas.

We had the bruschetta, followed by a super fresh spinach salad with balsamic reduction. Our son had the chicken nachos... a full pizza size platter of them. Lots of black beans, great cheese and black olives.

Would definitely go here again when I travel through.
