This was a wonderful stay at a unique venue. The bed and breakfast was filled with history, and the history tour given by the owner was fascinating! Breakfast was delicious, and the stay very comfortable.

We stayed in the Colleen room and had a wonderful time!

The rooms are charming. The beds so very comfortable. Quilts on the bed just like home. The breakfast Sunday morning was awesome. We had broiled grapefruit, egg souffle, crisp bacon, various breads toasted and pecan waffles. They also gave us a history tour.
I highly recommend this B&B.

I have stayed in many a B&B and this is one of the best. The owners have taken great care of this historic home, and will assure that you lack for nothing. Now for the breakfast..absolutely wonderful, creative, fresh and bountiful. I hope to stay here again some day!

Beautiful home in historic downtown Toccoa. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Meal was made specifically to suit my wife's need for gluten-free foods. Owners go out of their way to insure you enjoy every aspect of your stay. Thanks Todd and Joy for an excellent first time B & B experience. March 26, 2014

Room Tip: Elizabeth room is worth the few extra dollars.

We just enjoyed a Valentine's Day weekend getaway, the 2nd time that we've stayed at the Simmons-Bond Inn. Joy and Todd were again gracious hosts and we met two friendly couples (one older, one younger) over scrumptious filling breakfasts. The Inn has wonderful character and the tour which Todd gives is quite informative, not only about the Inn, but about Toccoa Falls. With this being our first stay during winter, we enjoyed an evening fire in the Elizabeth. The Inn is within walking distance of the downtown area where we browsed the antique mall and bookstore. A trip over to Toccoa Falls is a must as well. During our first stay last summer, we also enjoyed an evening open air jazz concert in the downtown area. If you are considering a trip to the North Georgia mountains, we think it near impossible to find a more enjoyable place to stay and make memories.
